FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHO CAN RENT?
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
A valid drivers license must be presented.
Our campers are not for rent to tow on your own. We will deliver and set-up to the renter's desired destination. Renter must be present at delivery.
The renter will be oriented and given a checklist at drop-off. Please allow at-least one hour for this to make sure you have and know everything that you need.
We require a minimum of 3 nights for all rentals and a minimum of 5 nights anywhere outside of 49735.
WHAT TIME IS DROP-OFF?
Drop-off are usually done 4:00 PM. If you need an earlier or later time, just let us know and we’ll try to make it work.
At drop-off we’ll get you hooked up, go over damage walkthrough check list ,finalize any remaining paperwork, and get you acquainted with the basic features of your camper before we leave.
Campsite reservation is the renter's responsibility and must be paid by renter separately.
WHAT ABOUT PICK UP?
Campers will be picked up at 11:00 AM the day of the return. We know it's nice to having to not get up early! You may request a later drop off time. We like to try to make it work if it doesn't conflict to our schedule like incoming check-in same day..
If not arranged in advance, a fee will be billed at an hourly rate or will be deducted from your security deposit.
Early Check-out:We do not offer refunds for early Check-out or Inclement weather.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
STRICT CANCELLATION
our reservation fee is 50% off your total reservation rate and is non-refundable. Please note that we are a seasonal company. Most camp sites book 6 months out and once those days are passed it is hard to book those dates up.
50% refund up to 90 days before rental, no refund within 90 days of rental.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at our discretion if we feel that the rental would not be safe (e.g. a renter shows up intoxicated, inclement weather at our location or your destination, etc.)
If we cancel the reservation due to weather or unsafe conditions and/or environment you will receive a full refund
BASIC HOUSEKEEPING
We ask that you leave the camper the way you found it. A Check-out Check list will be provided for you. (Wipe down all areas, counter tops, stove top, microwave, toilet seat, sweep the floor, Mop, Dishes washed and put away, empty garbage)
Although, sometimes things can get a little hectic, we offer an optional service for basic housekeeping wash walls, dining, couch & windows, clean toilet, bathroom.
Our campers are tough and we want you to have a blast, but remember, if the property was neglected and was not left the way you found it a basic housekeeping fee will be charged to you or for any and all damages to the camper and all costs associated with towing, repairs or any legal fees.
Have fun but be smart!
WHAT ABOUT SMOKING?
Nope.
All of our campers are non-smoking. Please do not smoke cigarettes, tobacco, or anything else inside.
If we can smell it at pick-up there will be a hefty fine or worse, it could cost you your entire security deposit.
GENERATOR
It is your responsibility to make sure that there is a 30-amp outlet available at your camp-site to sustain the electricity needs of the camper. If all else fails, we can have a generator ready for you at an extra cost. It is your responsibility to refuel the generator if necessary. Must be arranged 7 days before drop-off.

Did you know?
While campers are always welcome to drive their own rented RV to a campsite, using a delivery service permitted by the DNR can reduce potential complications for some people, while ensuring that the rental company knows DNR protocol for removing the RV at the end of each campsite reservation. Renting from a non-approved vendor could land you with fines and other potential legal troubles.
